Welcome to The Copper Kettle

Homemade Food & Quality Coffee in the Heart of Drogheda Town

First open in 1967, The Copper Kettle is one of the oldest coffees shops in Drogheda. A family-run café, we are very proud of our tradition of homemade food. Whether its breakfast, lunch, or a selection of our tasty treats, everything is made with love and care here at The Copper Kettle.

At The Copper Kettle, we are one big family, and that includes our customers - some have been coming here regularly since we first opened in 1967. It is the perfect spot for a catch up with friends, a family lunch, or even just a peaceful cup of coffee over a good book. We guarantee delicious handmade food made even better by the welcoming and friendly service inside our relaxing and cosy café. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or a pastry, our carefully crafted menu has something for everybody with plenty of variety. Breakfast is served all day and we have both hot and cold lunch options. When it comes to sweet treats, our speciality is scones, almond cake, apple cake, buns, and homemade brown bread. All cakes, scones, and breads are handmade by our very own chefs and pair very nicely with our Lavazza coffee.

Whether it's an early breakfast, a working lunch, Saturday brunch, or just a coffee to go, everyone is welcome at The Copper Kettle. Come and experience the freshly made food, the cosy atmosphere, and the friendly service for yourself.
